Bharatiya Sangeeta Vaibhavam Trust To Present Akhanda Ganam
CHENNAI, March 8: Bharatiya Sangeetha Vaibhavam Trust is organizing
a grand Akhandam devoted to Muthuswami Dikshitar. It will take
place on March 9 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The venue will be the
Mini Hall of Music Academy.
Prominent musicians like T.M. Krishna, Malladi brothers, Seetha
Rajan, Suguna Purushottaman and others are expected to take
part in the event.
R.K. Sriramkumar, Meera Shivaramakrishnan, Anayampatti Venkatasubramanian,
Usha Rajagopalan, S. Varadarajan and V.V.S. Murari are slated
to provide violin support. Poongulam Subramaniam, Arjun Ganesh,
Kumbakonam Ramakrishnan, J. Vaidhyanathan and Neyveli Narayanan
will accompany them on the mridangam.
