Salivahan Siva

Salivahan Siva hails from London. He is a yoga therapist and naturopath. He has been learning music under Shri T.V. Gopalakrishnan (TVG) since the late ’90s. He tries to integrate music and yoga in his workshops in Europe and the U.K.

His peers are known for their particular speciality as artistes. In contrast, Guru TVG is such a chameleon of divine music, that you almost think he is someone else every day.  And when he is with you, he is your favourite friend,” says Salivahan Siva.

For him, his guru, who enters the ’90s on June 11, “is a musician in the realm of impossible”.

According to him, guru TVG “is holistic in what he perceives, produces and aspires”, “He wants to make everyone enjoy the art, every prodigy shine no matter his/her background, every artist successful, every rendition superlative, every instrument heard.  The list is endless,” Salivahan Siva says.

A unique thing about TVG is that he will teach every individual what he/she specifically needs to evolve.  “He is a true Sathguru, and cuts the cloth accordingly,” Siva says.
