Kalakshetra Foundation is organising a two-day Trinity Festival here. The festival will begin on February 13.
It will be held at Kalakshetra campus here in Chennai.
On February 13, Bharata Kalanjali’s dance-drama titled ‘Thyagaraja Vaibhavam’ will be presented. Choreographed by senior guru V, P. Dhananjayan, it will portray the musical genius of saint Thyagaraja.
On the following day, there will be a Carnatic vocal recital by Neyveli R. Santhanagopalan. He will be accompanied by Vittal Ramamurthy on violin, Chennai S. Thyagarajan on mridangam and Venkatranaman on kanjira. All are invited for the two-day festival.
The concerts on both days will begin at 6 p.m.
