Anirudh has been learning music from Smt. Padma Sandilyan. Accompanied on the Mridangam by Kishore Ramesh and on the Violin by Parur Ananthalakshmi, Anirudh presented songs that included Paamarajana Palini (Simhendra Madhyamam), Inthakan Anananda (Bilahari), Rama Neeyada (Karaharapriya) and Jagadodharana (Kaapi).
The idea behind the Sunday Kutcheri in the Park organized by Sundaram Finance on the first Sunday of every month is to promote young musical talent aged below 15 years, and provide them with a launch-pad. No mikes and speakers are used at the Sunday Kutcheri in the Park. Over 700 children have presented the mike-less Kutcheri at the Nageswara Rao Park.
